Welcome to Synergy Gardens and the Alaska Garlic Project . Our 5 acre Micro Market Garden located 10 miles East of Homer just past Fritz Creek area. Our hardworking, enthusiastic crew offer nutrient dense, rich, delicious foods for people who appreciate flavor. We started farming in Homer in 2012. Lori and Wayne joined their son, Obadiah who had settled in Alaska in 2006. Synergy Gardens sells veggies, garlic, garlic scapes, and value added products through CSA shares, at the Homers Farmers Market, to local Homer restaurants and lodges across the bay.
The Alaska Garlic Project offers Alaska-acclimatized "Seed" garlic to other Alaskan gardeners, gourmet garlic bulbs, garlic braids, and garlic products.

We farm using biologically intensive Principles. We use organic methods, nutrient dense soil practices, and permaculture practices. We test our soils and add organic amendments as well as high quality compost. Certified in Food Safety Practices, we do our best in post harvest handling to get you fresh produce.
