About Us
Welcome to Kenai Soil & Water Conservation District's Drive-Thru Plant Sale! In lieu of the 4-hour sale that takes place annually in front of Three Bears in Kenai, we bring you a two-week opportunity to select vegetable, flower and herb starts, berry bushes and organic compost, all from Central Peninsula producers. This temporary storefront will be open for orders May 15-18 followed by delivery on May 20. We'll be open again for orders May 22-25 followed by delivery on May 27. New items will be added starting the second week of the sale. While you are here, be sure to check out the Central Peninsula farm and food businesses on the Food Hub.

Why support Kenai Soil & Water Conservation District? Our purpose is to promote healthy and productive soils, healthy rivers and water resources, sustainable local food production, enhanced quality of life for residents and visitors, and a community culture that embraces soil and water stewardship. In our Sustainable Agriculture program we provide education and rental equipment for small-acreage market farms, demonstrate and promote agricultural practices that support soil health and clean water. We also partner with Kenai Local Food Connection to publish the annual Kenai Peninsula Local Food Directory, host monthly Farm & Food Fridays from fall to spring and organize the Harvest Moon Local Food Festival, aka "the biggest farmers market of the year."
