About Us
Located in Palmer, Spring Creek Farm sits on Alaska Pacific University's Kellogg Campus. As a working production, educational and research farm, we grow a variety of vegetables that are made available to the community through our CSA (community supported agriculture), farm stand at the APU Farmer's Market, and donations for Alaska Tilth.

Louise Kellogg, local legend and original owner of the farm, served on the board of trustees at AMU (now APU) for over twenty years. She created the DeWolf-Kellogg Trust, which allocated 700 acres of her farm to the university. Since her passing in 2001, Spring Creek Farm has been dedicated to carrying out Louise's vision of learning from the land by being immersed in it.
We grow vegetables using sustainable, natural, chemical-free methods. We use organic fertilizer and compost to feed our plants, and protect our crops from pests with a variety of natural methods including crop rotation and row covers.
